I am a certified Breathwork Practitioner (trained in the Breathwork Practitioner Fundamentals with Dan Brulé) and a Certified Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (RYT 200h) and Yin Yoga Teacher (30h), with a strong foundation in body–mind practices.I also hold a Mindfulness certification (MBSR-based) from the Irish Mindfulness Academy.With years of experience, I create a safe and supportive space where you can truly relax, release, and reconnect with yourself.​
