What is Breathwork?

How to Start Your Journey?
Book a 30-minute introductory session to begin your journey with breathwork or mindfulness. During this time, we’ll discuss your needs and tailor techniques suited to your current state and goals.
Preparation for the Session:

Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely.

Create a quiet, distraction-free space – a calm room where you feel at ease.

Avoid eating at least one hour before the session so your body can focus fully on the practice.

Prepare a mat, cushion, or blanket – anything to help you feel relaxed and comfortable.

Contraindications:
Before starting practices such as breathwork or mindfulness, consult your facilitator and inform them about your health condition. Some techniques may need to be adjusted or avoided in specific cases.
Breathwork may not be suitable or may require modifications in situations such as:
