  My Qualifications and Background 

I’m a graduate of Kingstown College in Dublin, where I earned both a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and an Advanced Diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching. These comprehensive programs equipped me with a deep understanding of personal growth, emotional balance, and evidence-based coaching tools that I now integrate into my holistic practice.

  What Holistic Coaching Is Not

Coaching is not therapy — it doesn’t focus on the past or on healing trauma.
It’s also not an energy-healing session.
Instead, it’s a collaborative partnership that takes place in the here and now, supporting you as you move consciously toward the future you wish to create.

To begin, simply send me an email to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
During this short call, we’ll connect, discuss your needs, and explore how we could work together.

If you decide to continue, you can book your 30- or 60-minute session directly through my online calendar. You’re free to choose the number of sessions — there are no fixed packages, only your own pace and readiness for change.

During our session, we’ll explore what you’d like to improve, gain clarity on your goals, and start creating practical, soulful steps toward the change you want to experience.
