About My Approach
Holistic Coaching is a process that supports you in discovering balance and unlocking your full potential. It focuses on the integration of body, mind, emotions, and values. The results fully depend on your commitment and readiness to work toward the goals you want to achieve.

 

My Qualifications and Expertise
I am a graduate of Kingstown College in Dublin, where I earned a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. This prestigious program equipped me with key coaching and mentoring tools, which I successfully apply in my work with clients.

To enhance my expertise, I have completed additional professional training modules:
• CBT Life Coach – Cognitive-behavioural techniques in coaching
• REBT Mindset Life Coach – Coaching based on rational-emotive behaviour therapy
• Life Purpose Coach – Discovering and pursuing life's purpose
• Transformation Life Coach – Transformational coaching

These qualifications allow me to support my clients holistically and tailor my approach to their unique needs, helping them find balance, unlock their potential, and achieve lasting change.

 

What Holistic Coaching Is Not
It’s important to note that coaching is not therapy – it does not address the past or heal trauma. It is also not an energy session. Instead, it is a partnership based on being “here and now” and working toward the future, allowing you to consciously create the life you desire.

Drop by for a 30- or 60-minute session – relaxed and at your own pace. Choose a convenient time on the calendar available on my website. Once you book, fill out and return the questionnaire attached to the confirmation email to make our consultation easier. Together, we’ll talk about what you want to change for the better and work on finding solutions tailored to your needs.
